NEW ADD ONS:
Celluma LED Light Therapy $20, FDA cleared device for acne and collagen production, this is a non-invasive remedy for reclaiming a healthier and vibrant complexion. Make-up must be removed prior to using the Celluma. Please book a 55, 70 or 85 minute acupuncture appointment for the Celluma.
*If you feel ill, or have been in contact with anyone who is, please refrain from scheduling an appointment for 14 days after the symptoms have stopped.
* * New Patients: Initial appointments are 60 minutes, we will talk about your health and a treatment is included if time permits, generally treatments are scheduled 1 week apart - sometimes more sometimes less depending on the severity of symptoms/pain, please look ahead and book some follow up appointments (1 hour rec).
When Booking: Once you've entered all your information requesting an appointment, you should receive an email within 5 minutes stating that we have received your request and you should be hearing from us soon. Please give the therapists 24 hours to get back to you. Please wait for the email that says your appointment has been booked and we will see you on your chosen date / time requested. *Please double check the time as it may vary by 15 minutes.
Missed Appointments: When you book an appointment with us, that time is set aside for you - and ONLY you. We never double book and we strive to always be on time and ready for you when you arrive. In return, we ask that you keep your promise to us and show up for your appointment on time. That said, our policy is simple. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
