Scheduling Your First Appointment: A credit card is required to reserve your appointment for your first scheduled appointment. You are welcome to pay by cash, debit or use your health insurance at your appointment time. All credit card information is held securely whether online or by phone. I adhere to all PIPEDA privacy laws and hold any and all health, personal, and/or financial information in strict confidence. Your information will never be shared nor sold to anyone. Follow up treatments: can take between 30, 45, 60, 75, or 90 minutes, please use the drop down menu to choose your appointment length. If you would like cupping and acupuncture - book for a 60, 75 or 90 minute appointment.
When Booking: Once you've entered all your information requesting an appointment, you should receive an email within 5 minutes stating that we have received your request and you should be hearing from us soon. Please give the therapists 24 hours to get back to you. Please wait for the email that says your appointment has been booked and we will see you on your chosen date / time requested. *Please double check the time as it may vary by 15 minutes.
Missed Appointments: When you book an appointment with us, that time is set aside for you - and ONLY you. We never double book and we strive to always be on time and ready for you when you arrive. In return, we ask that you keep your promise to us and show up for your appointment on time. That said, our policy is simple. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
Cancellations: In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment with us, please contact us by phone at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not reach us, please leave a message on our voice-mail system. If we do not hear from you within this time frame, and you do not keep your appointment, the above policy will be applied.
