PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BOOK:

By booking an appointment, you consent to having your credit card charged in the event that you miss or cancel your acupuncture appointment with less then 24 hours notice.  If your appointment is longer then 60 minutes then 48 hours is required.

Please note that a valid credit card number will be required at the time of booking to HOLD your appointment. Credit card information is only accessed if there are cancellation fees (for late cancel and missed appointment) that need to be applied. 

Please keep in mind that Janis Krause Acupuncture is a small practice with no reception. If you leave a message, it may take until the end of the work day before I am able to get back to you. Your patience and your business is greatly appreciated. Payments:  We will happily accept cash and debit cards for payments. We also accept Visa and Mastercard but there will be a $2.00 service fee added for the use of a credit card on all in office and online purchases.
