2nd Trimester:  Women can benefit from receiving one acupuncture treatment every 4  - 6 weeks dependent on individual needs. Acupuncture can help maintain health and alleviate common pregnancy ailments like back pain, hip pain, headaches, stress, pelvic pain, sciatica and indigestion.

What if your afraid of needles?

Tuning fork (sound) therapy is available.  The sound and vibration of the tuning fork will activate the energy pathways of your body and the acupuncture points for you without the use of needles.  This is very gentle and very relaxing.  Reiki and gentle acupressure can be utilized as well.
