Payments can be made with cash, debit card or credit card. If your are using a credit card, a Credit Card Processing Fee of $2.75 (MasterCard or Visa) will be applied to online or in office charges. No refunds on credit card processing fees.

APPOINTMENT POLICY:
When you book an appointment with us, that time is set aside for you - and ONLY you. We never double book and we try to always be ready for you when you arrive. In return, we ask that you keep your promise to us and show up for your appointment on time.
Please understand that missed appointments prevent us helping other clients.
That said, our policy is simple. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the missed appointment fee which is equal to the amount of your appointment with the credit card on file. An invoice with missed appointment fees will be sent to you via email. Cancellation fees are neither eligible for direct billing nor covered by insurance. A credit card processing fee of $2.75 will be added.
